We’re looking for two experienced business development associates to join our team.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Drive Cyber Resilience: Lead the day-to-day sales operations of the Cyberboxx Home and Business products, ensuring their continued success and growth. Your insights will directly influence the cyber resilience of countless businesses and individuals.
  • Empower Broker Partners: Provide invaluable support to broker partners across Canada, enhancing their sales and servicing activities. Your guidance and responsiveness will empower our partners to navigate the complex world of cyber insurance.
  • Outshine Competitors: Analyze competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement. Your insights and strategies will enable BOXX to stay at the forefront of the industry, offering innovative solutions to our clients.
  • Ensure Timely Delivery: Develop and maintain production timelines across departments, ensuring our product delivery is consistently on time. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly impact our ability to meet the needs of our clients. 
  • Train and Manage Broker Portal: Establish, train, and oversee the broker portal. Your prompt responsiveness and strong organizational skills will play a crucial role in assisting brokers to efficiently quote and bind their submissions. This is vital for the success of BOXX.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Essential for managing product operations and production timelines effectively. Your ability to orchestrate complex processes will ensure smooth operations and your record keeping and documentation are second to none.
  • Effective Communication: The ability to communicate effectively is key for collaborating with cross-functional teams and broker partners. Your clear and concise communication will foster strong relationships and successful partnerships.
  • Webinar and Presentation Skills: Comfortable with leading and delivering webinars and leading PowerPoint presentations and demos to existing and potentially new clients.
  • CRM Expertise: Your experience of using and building campaign management in CRM’s (particularly Hubspot) allows you to stay organized and on top of your portfolio so that you know what’s happening and you never miss a lead.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create reports, utilize pivot tables, and employ sorting and filtering functions, is essential for analyzing data and driving new business initiatives and campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with underwriters, claims adjusters, and the wider Sales teams you’ll help create the content we need to support the end-to-end sales and onboarding of Brokers and Clients.
