You’ll work directly for our US Head of Cyber underwriting, teaming up with our awesome sales, operations and marketing pros to accelerate BOXX’s market presence, drive growth, and achieve underwriting triumphs.

Requirements
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for growth with new and existing broker partners to meet company goals
- Risk selection, analysis and service of accounts based on BOXX underwriting strategy
- Implement and manage effective pricing and underwriting strategies for profitable growth of the book
- Build, maintain and manage successful producer relationships
- Work in a collaborative, team environment with other Underwriters, Underwriter Associates, Operations, Claim Representatives and Executives
Skills & Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of underwriting experience, preferably in Cyber and Tech E&O insurance
- Aptitude to attract and retain profitable business
- Knowledge of cyber underwriting and pricing strategies
- Sales and marketing skills; must be able to demonstrate successful broker management, including building, maintaining and managing producer and brokerage relationships
- Proven ability to successfully negotiate on all levels
- Strong track record of service orientation and teamwork
